3. Consultancy Fees

The consultancy fee is a one-time charge paid in advance to receive professional advice and guidance for the selected category. This fee:

• Is clearly displayed on our website at the time of booking.
• Is not refundable under any circumstances.
• Does not include or cover any government fees, application charges, or service fees charged by third-party service providers in Dubai.

We emphasize that our role is limited to consulting and that any actual application for or availing of government or commercial services in Dubai is handled separately and independently by the customer.

4. No Guarantees

While we strive to offer accurate and updated advice based on our knowledge and experience, we do not guarantee outcomes or approvals from third-party entities, including government departments or private organizations in Dubai.
